He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee Weaver and Nancy Marie Weaver; and his siblings, Billy Gene Weaver, Jimmy Lee Weaver, Margie Hatcher and Barbara Gail Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Gates Weaver (Candace) and Ginger Donohue (Bob IV); his grandchildren, Daniel Donohue V (Katie), Virginia-Leigh DeFrance (Terrence) and Morgan Sumner; his great grandchildren, Kaplan, Quinn, Conan Sumner, Breelyn and Robert "Robbie" Daniel Donohue, VI; and his sister Carolyn Childs.
