He was predeceased by: his father William Dale Garner. He is survived by: his mother Lillian Sikes Garner of Vicksburg; his wife Denise Garner of Vicksburg; and his brother Kevin Garner (Pam) of Vicksburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many close and special friends.
