He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wayne Muirhead, Sr. and Hattie Gaynell Muirhead; and his brothers, Jack Muirhead, Dan Muirhead and Frank Muirhead.
He is survived by: his children, Samuel Scott Muirhead (Sonia), David Wayne Muirhead and Wendy Delilah Muirhead; his brothers, Wayne Andrew Muirhead, Richard Walter Muirhead (Jane) and William Knox Muirhead (Jenny); his grandchildren, Kaleb, Sairi, Tristan, Julian, Samantha and Lylie; and his great grandchildren, Catavian and Metzli.
