He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Rutherford and Marianne Gonzalez Rutherford; and his brother Randy Rutherford. He is survived by: his children, Parker Rutherford (Tayler) and Peyton Rutherford; and his brother Ron Rutherford.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Glenwood Funeral Home (145 US-80, Vicksburg, MS 39180). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery (191 US-80, Vicksburg, MS 39180).
