He is survived by: his wife Linda Goff Couch; his daughters, Karen Elizabeth Cloud (Michael Kevin Cloud) and Amanda Lynn Couch; his brothers, R. V. Couch and Lester R. Couch; his grandchildren, Michael Andrew Cloud and Madison Nicole Cloud; and his great grandchild Easton Andrew Cloud.
