It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Wendell McKenzie of Vicksburg, Mississippi, born in Maben, Mississippi, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Thomas McKenzie and Beatrice Clyde McKenzie; and his siblings, Erma Luline McKenzie, Wilodean Pate, Lorene Morgan, Thomas Harold McKenzie, Clovis Lamar McKenzie, Gerald Cecil McKenzie and Clyde Donald McKenzie.

He is survived by: his wife Louise Porter McKenzie; his sons, Charles Wendell McKenzie, Jr. (Deborah) and Clyde Lamar McKenzie; his siblings, Carl McKenzie (Helen) and Shirley Ward; and his grandson Morgan Charles McKenzie.
