He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Bell and Mary Bell; and his wife Patsy Hebert. He is survived by: his children, Charles Stuart III, Karen McCloskey and Stuart McCloskey (Sande); and his grandsons, Chris McCloskey and Greg McCloskey (Jennifer).
