She was predeceased by: her parents, O. C. Smith and Mary Broadway Smith; her husband Jimmy "Buddy" Tedder; her son Richard Tedder; her siblings, Mary Jo Martin, Loga Ann Oaks and Billy Wayne Smith; and her granddaughter Morgan Leigh Tedder.

She is survived by: her children, Gerald Tedder (Nancy), James Tedder (Vicki), Charlie Tedder (Dana), Timmy Tedder, David Tedder and Elizabeth "Liz" Fuller (Rhea). She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
