He was predeceased by: his parents, Tobe V. and Mary D. Rone; his children, Carlton L. Rone, Jr. and Mary Frances Rone; and his siblings, Hubert Rone, Luther Rone, Wally Rone, Pauline Moore and Lorine Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Rone (Millie); his sister Patricia Proctor of Kosciusko, MS; his children, James Rone, Lori Evans (Greg) of Vicksburg, MS and Eleanor Phillips (Greg) of Vicksburg, MS; his grandchildren, Stephanie Robert (Stephen), Lisa Ravenberg (Brett), Michael Evans (Emily), John Phillips and Laura Phillips; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Joe and Matthew Robert; and his grandchildren, Evelyn, Thomas, Henry, Claire Ravenberg, George and Issac Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Vicksburg Catholic Schools.
