He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Warnock and Lucille Warnock; his wife Linda Cockrell Warnock; and his brothers, Carroll Thomas Warnock and Harold Keith Warnock.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Warnock (Danielle) and Janean Sharp (Todd); his brother James Lamar Warnock (Rita); his siblings-in-law, Ann Warnock, Janice Cockrell and Ricky Cockrell; and his grandchildren, Mary Bradley, Wes Warnock, Gray and Andrew Sharp.
