She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Doris and James McGrew; and her aunt Karen Hasty. She is survived by: her mother Debbie McGrew; her children, Brooke McGrew, Chris Williams (Tina) and Jordan Hasty; her stepchildren, Tyler Hasty and Lizzy Etheridge (Austin); her grandchildren, Rivers Smith, Sadie Mae Williams, Liam Standifer and Greyson Williams; her sister Amanda McGrew; her uncle David McGrew; her nephews, Christian Tucker and Brandon Tucker; and her cousin James David McGrew (Angela). She is also survived by children who called her their mom.
