She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burditt and Mary Burditt. She is survived by: her sister Doris Twisdale; her husband Frank Kowen; her children, Toni Renee'Miller (Shane) and Robert Kelly Kowen (Becky); her grandchildren, Kory Miller Reynolds (Cody), Klaire Miller Shawl (Daniel), Robert Brayden Kowen and Madelyn Joyce Kowen; her great grandchildren, Sawyer Miller Reynolds and Chase Davis Reynolds; and her brother James Carl Burditt.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Billie asks for donations to either Highland Baptist Church or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
