It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bennie Mayfield McMillin (Vicksburg, Mississippi), who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James McMillin and Frances Helen Murray; his wife Alice McMillin; and his siblings, Sam McMillin and Rose Marie Elliot.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Tony Landrum, Wendell Landrum and Jonathan Buttner; and his siblings, Noble McMillin, Roy McMillin, Gus O'Neal Murray, Jr., Patrick O'Neal Murray, Anthony Lee Murray and Frances Murray Whitehead. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests memorials be made to Love's Lighthouse Ministries.
