She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Lentz (Betty) of Guntown and Larry Lentz (Florentina) of Shawnee, KS; her sister JoAnna James (Charley) of Huntsville, AL; and her great grandchildren, Lyra Lentz of Saltillo, Lila Lentz of Saltillo, Tucker Lentz of Saltillo, Lucy Lentz of Saltillo, Shepherd Lentz of Saltillo and Parker Lentz of Saltillo. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
