He is survived by: his mother Mary Cole Talley Raines; his stepfather Richard Raines of Verona; his wife Jessica Talley of Tupelo; his sons, Dakota Talley of Saltillo and Kaine Talley of Saltillo; his stepchildren, Avalyn Rodgers of Tupelo and Hunter Rodgers of Tupelo; and his siblings, June Seiber (Stevan), Angela Darlene Raines of Mooreville, Beverly Talley and David Talley.
