She was predeceased by: her parents, William Owen Sheffield and Amanda Holland Sheffield; her husband Henry Eugene Hall; her son Stephen Hall; and her siblings, Flaudy, Lenerd, Oliver, Edgar Sheffield, Eula Mae Gardner, Maxine Sheffield, Irene Foster, Mildred Grammer and Dorothy Culver.
She is survived by: her caregiver Shelia Shoemaker (Drew) of Tupelo. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Hazel has requested memorials be made to Verona United Methodist Church P.O. Box 370 Verona, Mississippi 38879.
