He is survived by: his children, Chris Lewis (Alison) and Spencer Bratton; his brothers, Bill Ethridge (Renea), Michael Ethridge (Brenda) and Scotty Ethridge (Jenni); his parents, Janice Dickerson Woodard and Butch Bratton (Carlan); his grandchildren, Kylee Lewis and Izzy Lewis; and his close friends, Terri B. Cole and Rhodamarie Maron.
