She was predeceased by: her father Hildred Pepper, Sr.; and her brother Louis Pepper (Lydia) of Ft. Washington, MD. She is survived by: her mother Angeline Pickett Pepper of Vaughan, MS; her children, Steven (Melissa) of Richmond, VA, Cameron of Oxon Hill, MD and Keris of Springfield, VA; her siblings, Hildred, Lillie Carson (Jimmy) of Byram, MS, Reuben Pepper of Vaughan, MS and Sharon Gaddis (Fredrick) of Madison, MS.; and her grandsons, Cameron Jasai Lewis and C. Jasir Lewis. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church (703 Deasonville Rd, Vaughan, MS 39179). Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Westhaven Funeral Home (3580 Robinson St, Jackson, MS 39209).
