She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor and John Wesley Hale, Jr.; and her brother John W. Hale III. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Vaughan, Sr.; her son Hugh (Kim); her grandchildren, Tommy Vaughan III, Jessica Myers (Devin) and Brittany Cook (Dillon); her great grandchildren, Courtney, Carson and Skylar; and her siblings, Sharon Ann Mann (Cappy) and Tim Hale (Libby).
