He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Thomas Penick, Sr. and Minnie Ann Hamilton Penick; his grandparents, John Russell Penick, Sr., Grace Ferguson Penick, William Prince Hamilton, Sr. and Mary Louise McCullough Hamilton; and his brother Billy Thomas Penick, Jr..
He is survived by: his brother Timothy Penick of Indiana. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
