He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis McGregor and Argie Dye McGregor; his wife Charlene Williams McGregor; his son David Allan McGregor; and his sisters, Rita Ann Baird and Betty Womack Weeks.
He is survived by: his son William Earl McGregor (Natalie) of Vardaman; his daughter-in-law Kimberly McGregor of Vardaman; his sister Mary Nell McGregor Griffin of Houston, MS; his grandchildren, Kristen Lambert, Wesley McGregor and Christopher McGregor; and his great grandchildren, Kamryn Lambert, Hunter McGregor and Andrew McGregor.
