He was predeceased by: his father Willard Davis. He is survived by: his grandson Kevin; his mother Elizabeth Davis; his children, Matthew Cook (Britni), Amber Hollis (Wesley), Michael Cook (Elysia) and Krystal Shirey (Jeromy); and his grandchildren, Lily Cook, Easton Cook, Austin Byrd, Tony Hollis, Wells Hollis, Rianna Spires, Trinity Shirey, Sebastian Shirey, Thaddius Shirey, Elaina Shirey and Gariden Patterson. He is also survived by one granddaughter on the way; nine brothers; and two sisters.
