He is survived by: his wife Rachel Ann Reedy Phillips; his sons, Chip Phillips of Tupelo, MS and Ben Phillips (Stacey) of Eads, TN; his sisters, Linda Wilson of Bruce, Betty Ann Potts of Water Valley, MS, Peggy Lee (Bob) of Water Valley, MS and Diane Stribling (Billy "Gabby") of Olive Branch; and his grandchildren, Lane Phillips, Sophia Phillips, Alexis Rich, Tyler Phillips and Emma Phillips.
