He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, James Foster (Tina), Carol Allen (Ricky) of Houston, Rose Doss (Jim Turner) of Houlka, Martha "Cille" Earnest (Lee) of Houston and Faye Williams (Joey) of Houlka; the mother of his children Peggy Hood of Houston; his grandchildren, Christy N. Griggs, Chasity Tate (Chris), Dustin Griggs, Cody Allen, James Cooper, Brittany Ard (Stephen), Kyla Gonzalez (Jesus), C. J. Foster, Jason Walls (Lisa), Cindy McDaniel (Ryan), Carla Earnest, Jeffery Earnest, Jeremy Earnest, Paige Williams and Allison Williams; his siblings, Daniel Foster (Sandra) of Gray, Louisiana and Lydia Johnson of Houston; his son-in-law Leo Griggs; his siblings, Curtis Foster, Robert Foster, Paul Foster, Addie Faye Foster, Ruby Wells, Robbie Lou Dendy, Maxine Smith and Vidia Moore; and also Numerous. He was also cherished by twenty great grandchildren.
