He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lee and Claire Hollingsworth; and his siblings, Virginia Morgan, Myrl Armstrong, Milton Hollingsworth and Ralph Hollingsworth.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Blue Hollingsworth of Vardaman; his children, Patty Ramage and Mark Hollingsworth of Bowling Green, KY; his siblings, Grace Young, Fannie Lou Swaim and Jimmy Hollingsworth (Ann); his grandchildren, Ashley McClain (Justin), Brandon Ramage and Kyle Ramage (Claire); and also, Tillatoba and Hernando.
