He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Davis and Eula "Chick" Bullard Davis; his sister Joy Davis Barry; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Barry and Bud Hardin.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ashby Davis; his son Charley Davis of Southaven; and his siblings, Paula Davis of Calhoun City, Barbara Davis of Calhoun City, Susan Davis Ray (Mike) of Anguilla, MS, Thomas L Davis (Rita) of Meridian, Ken Davis (Marsha) of Calhoun City and Harry Davis (Jessie) of Bellfontaine. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Vardaman Methodist Church.
