He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Reed Hays; his children, Madelynn Parnell (Noah), Mallory Hays (Daulton Waldrop) and Macey Hays; his stepchildren, Marley Martin (Jackson) and Rain Werner; his mother Jan Hays; his sister Traci White (Sammy); his grandchildren, Korbin, Kannin and Kodi Kate Parnell; his nephews, Hayden and Jansen White; his niece Amelia White; the mother of his children Allison Foster Hays; and his brothers, Keith and Kelvin Watkins. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 1907 Popp's Ferry Rd, Biloxi, MS 39530. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Shiloh Cemetery (8301 Humphrey Rd, Vancleave, MS 39565).
