He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruble L. Moe and Myrtle H. Moe; his brother Johnny Moe; his stepson Charles Fitzgerald; and his grandchildren, Amber Moe and Bryan Moe.
He is survived by: his wife Freda Moe; his children, Cheryl Carter, Marty Moe (DeLisa), Robert Moe Jr. (Keely), Susan Maniscalo (Michael) and Douglas Moe (Demi); his brother Fred Moe; and his former wife Zennie George. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
