He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayme Ryan Sr. and Alice Seward; his son Daniel Ryan; his grandson Ezra J. Ryan; his siblings, Larry Lee Ryan Sr. and Edna Hyatt; his nephew Danny Ryan (Butch); and his nieces, Heather Ryan and Miranda Ryan McClaskey.

He is survived by: his wife Marcene; his sons, Matt (Sommer) and Nathan; his daughter-in-law Pamela; his granddaughters, Hannah, Kacie, Baley and Lexie Ryan; his siblings, Jimmy Ryan (Kelly) and Darlene Adams; and his siblings-in-law, David Hyatt and Dianne Ryan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
