He is survived by: his wife Pamela Moulds Grayson of Vancleave; his children, Phillip Grayson (April) of Mobile, Ala, Tiffany Campbell (Matthew) of Moselle and Paige Grayson-Holder (Jocolby) of Hattiesburg; his siblings, Vicky Grayson Massey of Gastonia and Reuben Eugene "Rick" Grayson Jr. of Hattiesburg; his grandchildren, Alex, Samuel, Chase, Hagen, Hudson, Holden, Jace Hendrix and Lyndzie; his mother-in-law Mackie Sanford Moulds of Seminary; and his siblings-in-law, Cara Overton of Seminary, Mackie Moulds (Phyllis) of Seminary and Michael Moulds of Seminary.
