He was predeceased by: his father Donie O. Risk. He is survived by: his mother Vida Risk; his wife Lori Risk; his children, Kiki, Lita (Dale Risk), Matthew (Lindsay Myres) and Roza (Mia Lemley); his son-in-law Cory Yarvorsky; his grandchildren, Lexi, Zachary Horn and Ciara Orr; and his sister Roxann Burress (Danny).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Keith's memory to the Jackson County Animal Shelter at 4400 Audubon Lane Gautier, MS 39553.
