He is survived by: his children, Jessie Roberts (Michelle) of Virginia, Sandi Roberts Kirk (Lloyd) of Vancleave, Pat Tanner of Vancleave, Phillip Roberts of Virginia, John, Woodcock III of Ohio and Bruce; his great grandchildren, David Dossett, Patrick Dossett, Samantha, Dustin, Alex Kirk, Phillip Roberts, Bruce Franklin, Caleb Franklin, Kaylee Branham, Aszlyn Waltman, Joshua Dossett, John, Sarah, Cody, Heath and Grant Woodcock; and his nieces, CeCe Johnson (Frank), Linda Spears and Mibby Roberts (Ray). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
