She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Waltman and Mary Janie Bang Waltman; her children, Mary Annette Bang Shehorn, Robert Dale Bang and Eva Jane Bang; and her sibling Magaline Waltman.
She is survived by: her children, Connie A. Ely of Vancleave, MS and Sam Wesley Bang (Nancy) of White, GA; her siblings, Leroy Waltman (Meddie) and Mary Lou James; her grandchildren, Joshua Areal Ely, R. T., Cristy Ely and Jessica Ely; and her great grandchildren, Wrangler Ely, Lane, Haley, Mckensie, Catherine, Harrison, Ava, Darren Smith, L. J. and Conleigh Martin.
