He is survived by: his wife Rose "Renee" Cazzell of Vancleave, MS; his father Howard Franklin Cazzell (Maddie Bell); his children, Dusti Witmore (Matt) of North Carolina, Natosha Guice (John) of Ocean Springs, MS and James "JJ" Cazzell of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, Tammy McMillian Hebert (Dennis) of Vancleave, MS, Donna McMillian Butirich (John) of Gulf Hills, MS, Johnny Edward Cazzell of Fort Worth, TX, Dalton McMillian (Janice) of Vancleave, MS and Phillip McMillian (Cindy) of Vancleave, MS; and his grandchildren, Scarlett of Gracie, JT, Trip and Ayla. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
