He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nolan Fitzgerald and Cherry Jeanette Furr; his brothers, Herlon Melville Fitzgerald and Nerron Cowart Fitzgerald; and his great grandchild Adalynn Faith Barrow.
He is survived by: his wife Onita Cowart Fitzgerald; his children, Tim Fitzgerald (Tonya) of Vancleave, MS, Angelia Barrow (Mike) of Vancleave, MS and Tonya Lawrence (Larry) of Purvis, MS; his grandchildren, Ryan DeFreitas (Frances) of Touma, WI, Kristen Davis (Eli) of Monticello, MS, Hunter Barrow (Peyton) of Vancleave, MS, Cassie Fitzgerald of Vancleave, MS, Kalynn Lawrence of Purvis, MS, Jackson Lawrence of Purvis, MS, Lindsey Lawrence of Woodstock, GA and Ashley Lawrence of Woodstock, GA; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Maddie DeFreitas, Lochlyn, Jazzlyn Davis, Gage and Gracelynn Barrow; his siblings, Rita Tucei (Tommy) of Carriere, MS and Gerald Ftizgerald (Debbie) of Richton, MS; and his sister-in-law Shirley Fitzgerald of Gulfport, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
