With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hurland Dale Lyon of Vancleave, Mississippi, born in Harrisville, Mississippi, who passed away on October 23, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Lyon and Lula Lyon; his wife Shirley Lyons; his granddaughter Ashley Moran; and his siblings, Louise Smith, Earnest Lyon, Johnny Lee Lyon, Junior Lyon and Emil Lyon.
He is survived by: his children, Connie VanAlstine (Steve) and Steve Lyon (Connie); his grandchildren, Amber White (Galen), Jason Moran (Jisook), Lauren Moran, Josh Lyon (Magan) and Kelsey Lyon (Charlie); his great grandchildren, Jonathan Lyon, Conner Lyon, Luna White, Willow White and Cora White; and his sister Pernecie Welch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
