It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Ann McGovern Washington of Vancleave, Mississippi, born in New London, Connecticut, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Thompson and Mary Susan McGovern (Agostinelli); and her pets, Bobo and Lulu. She is survived by: her daughters, Carey Harris (Bryan), Kelly McMillan (Greg) and Kacey York (Casey); her sister Kathleen McGovern LaFleur; her grandchildren, Baleigh McMillan, Dalton York, Madison York, Carter McMillan, Eli Bounds, Landon Bounds, Ty Bounds, Garrison McMillan and Paxton Harris; her great grandchild Kaniff Fogleman; her pet Scooter; her stepmother Kathy McGovern Besse; and her stepsisters, Tobie Cunningham and Elizabeth Simpkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
