He is survived by: his close friends, Chris Daum, Louise Parker and Nascar; his wife Annette Fink Salik; his children, Lance Salik, Kyle Salik and Ashley Bennett (Sean Bennett); his grandchildren, Landyn, Lacey Salik of Michael, SJ, Andrew Page, Evie Bennett, Declan, Rylann, Lennyx and Zaidyn; his brother Joseph Salik; his parents-in-law, Don, Susan Pizzetta, Elizabeth Duvall, Charlie, Jennifer Fink and Anna Fink; and his daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Page and JoAne Hall Salik.
