He is survived by: his wife Beth Forehand; his children, Sonya Ware (Anthony), Dick Forehand (Brandi), Roland Forehand (Amanda Nelson), Pamela Pharris, Charles Marie (Rachel), Steven Marie (Amanda) and Stephanie Marie; his siblings, Myrtle Crawford, Ann Hand (Jimmy), Shirley (Dwayne) and Clyde Ely (Judy); his grandchildren, Tyler Turek, Shylia Brann, Destiny Forehand, Andrea Pharris, Zachary Marie, Jordan Hammonds, Christina Marie, Henry Pharris, Julie Marie, Charles Marie III, Gracie Marie, Justin Wiley, Jacob Marie and Addison Marie; and his great grandchildren, Braidyn, Kannon, Karsen, Harlynn, Wade and Bentley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
