He was predeceased by: his parents, William Caple and Carrie Mae Caple; his father-in-law Willard "Bill" Carney; and his siblings, Harold Caple, Jack Caple, Betty Starks, Sue McBroom, Katie Cooper, Carolyn Parrett, Dorothy Caple and Frances Stevenson.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Caple of Kansas City, Ronald Caple of Parsons, KS, Matthew Caple (Janet) of Clinton, MO, Janet Edmondson (Bob) of Grove, OK, Royce Johnson (Cathey), Dana Hicks (Johnny) and Deanna Fletcher of Brandon, MS; and his brother Robert Caple of Branson, MO. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and his faithful companion.
