He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jessie, Ara Kidd, Edward and Lillie Hooker; his parents, Shirley Hooker (Billy Webb) and Jimmy Hooker; his in-laws, Havens and Doris Carter; his siblings, Cliff Carter and Mary Carter O'Brien; and his granddaughter-in-law Cheynne Kille.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Hooker; his children, BJ Hooker (Maegan), Jesse Hooker and Jenny Hooker; his grandchildren, Chelsea Wright (Dylan), Chase Sims (Michaela), Wade Sims (Shay), Alexis Necaise (Josh), Kayla Hooker (Brandon), Garrett Hooker (Hailey) and Baylen Hooker (Abby); his great grandchildren, Chase Lee Sims, Kenzie Sims, LJ Necaise, Haelynn, Tritt Sims, Oaklyn Sims, Myles Necaise, Weston Hooker and Alaina Wright; his sister Karen Sue Britt (Wayne); his aunt Tine Gregory (Pete); and his sisters, Ila Kaye Carter (Gerald) and Teresa Busby (Buddy). He is also survived by many many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (1302 Martin St, Pascagoula, MS 39581). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
