He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Albert Fontan and Barbara Ann Fontan; his nephews, Johnathan "Johnny" Gregory and Steven "Stevie" Gregory; his siblings, Curtis Fontan and Gaytanna Fontan of Tyanne Fontan; and his sister-in-law Kristina King.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalva Fontan "Rosi"; his children, Tiffany Ronsonet, Destiny Fontan, Kelsie Lovett, Lee McGowen and Ricky McGowen; his mother-in-law Frances Pineda; his siblings, Alice Lester, Paul Lester, Seth Fontan, Marco Burkes, Kay Burkes, Julie Thomas, Danny Thomas, Frances Ellison, Lance Ellison and Betty Bennett; and his pet Foxy. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
