He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Williams; his son Ben Joe Williams, Jr.; and his brother Legette Greer. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Kathy; his sons, Jimmy Williams (Sandy) and Robert Williams (Kathy); his grandchildren, Kathryn Humbert (Justin), Johnathan Williams (Nikki), Courtney Martin (Coleman), Cassidy Williams, Lillian Williams, Evan Williams, Warren Hendrix (Tonya), Tori Jones (Thomas), Amanda Williams and Sally Williams; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Justin Jr. Humbert, Carley, Luke, Keegan Williams, Clayton Martin, Chloe, Gwendolyn and Oliver Jones; his siblings, Relda Barrow and Dixie Williams; and also Lynn.
