He was predeceased by: his father William Lynn Bowers, Sr.; and his brother Jimmy Hayles. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Bowers; his son William Hagen Bowers; his mother Shirley Billings of Carrollton; and his siblings, Roxann Bowers of Louisiana and Tommie Bowers of Carrollton. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
