He is survived by: his sons, Walter Scott Welch of Stuttgart, Germany and Steven Brister Welch of Winona; his siblings, Alice Fay Price of Vaiden, Bobbie Jo King of Vaiden, Marie Cummings of Vaiden and William Douglas Welch of Vaiden; and his grandchildren, Kegan Welch and Sabrina Wilson. He is also survived by one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
