Nancy Ann Palmertree Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Ann Palmertree of Vaiden, Mississippi, who passed away on March 9, 2025 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Nancy Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nancy Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Thomas and Elaine Palmertree; and her uncles, James Thomas Palmertree, James Harvey "Doobie" Palmertree (Theresa) of Poplar Creek, Jerry Glenn Palmertree and Curtis Palmertree.

She is survived by: her mother Diane Palmertree of Vaiden; her aunts, Brenda Bishop of Ackerman and Alice Fay Vance (Jimmy) of Winona; her uncle Carrol Palmertree (Dawn) of French Camp; and her close friend Amber Palmertree. She is also survived by cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oliver Funeral Home (113 Liberty St, Winona, MS 38967). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hebron Baptist Church (205 Mulberry St, Vaiden, MS 39176).
