She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason Otto and Opal Hortense McClellan Palmertree; and her siblings, Patricia Faye Tollison and Dr. Hiram Douglas Palmertree. She is survived by: her husband James Mayfield of Vaiden; her daughter Dana Moore (Mark) of Vaiden; and her grandson James Marcus Moore of Flowood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
