It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josie Ross Minchew in Vaiden, Mississippi, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ross and Katie Bailey Ross; and her husband Ernest Minchew. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Herrington of Blacksburg, VA and Deborah Fulton (Terry) of Blacksburg, VA; and her sisters, Sara Parker (George) of Clinton and Bonnie Arendes of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Midway Methodist Church Cemetery at 5121 CR 31, Vaiden, MS 39176; Shongalo Presbyterian Church at 201 Court Street, Vaiden, MS 39176; or charity of donor's choice.
