She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Williams and Bobbie Fulton Williams; and her son Russell Palmer. She is survived by: her husband James Charlton of Vaiden; her children, Wendy Steed (Charles) of French Camp, Stacey Marlow (Kevin) of Vaiden, Kimberly Simpson (Barry) of Vaiden, Johnny Williams of Meridian and Jeffrey Palmer (Jamye) of Vaiden; and her sister Debbie Penny of Bailey, MS. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
