He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Edmond and Annie Ramage Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Cook Lowery of Vaiden; his children, Wanda Lowery Blaylock (David) of Winona and Charles Edmond Lowery, Jr. of Vaiden; and his siblings, Shelby Nobles of Tishomingo, Margaret Brumley of Tishomingo and Clarence Lowery (Tho) of Tishomingo. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
